1. 7-Day “Change of Mind” Policy

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return your purchase
within 7 days of receipt. However, due to the nature of our dermocosmetic products, this only applies if:

• The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• The protective seal (where applicable) is intact.
• For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of any cosmetic products that
  have been opened or tested.

2. Defective or Damaged Products
We take pride in the quality of Dr Konrad products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

Please notify us at sales@drkonrad.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number and photographs of the damage/defect.
• We will arrange for a collection of the product at our expense.
• Once inspected and the defect is confirmed, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.

3. Adverse Reactions
While Dr Konrad products are developed for sensitive skin, individual reactions can occur.

• If you experience an unexpected reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us.
• We handle adverse reaction claims on a case-by-case basis, often requiring a detailed description or
  photo documentation to consult with our specialists.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or
  rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (EFT or Credit Card) within 7-
  10 business days.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective.

5. Return Shipping

For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of the courier to return the item
to our warehouse at the following address: Pharma4U (Pty) Ltd., Section 10-11, Prestige Place, Henry
Vos Close, Asla Business Park, Strand, 7140, Western Cape.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
